Business Outlook
Pros
-Laid back environment -Time and a half is must to add on bigger paychecks -Monthly sales bonuses (but company isn't doing good now so don't expect to gain any bonuses). -VERYYYYYY easy to grow in the company. Could get your own retail location in less than a year if motivated.
Cons
-Depending on where your located, your staff could be either really good or very very bad. -Store manager usually gives him/herself a great schedule and the other employees not very similar hours. -Hours are limited on the season it is(peak vs slow seasons). -District managers do not care about low level employees; on several occasions I've heard them say they don't care about their job security or their worth to the company.
