the only benefit to working at finish line is the employee discount

Cons

You cant socialize with other employees outside work. you have no free time for your own life. expectations, well whatever you are doing isnt good enough. You could be doing better.

number crunching, stressful, underpaid, minimum wage even less than that

Pros

Fun, fast paced environment and a great start for management. Its a great opportunity to learn about sales and grow your selling skills. If you have the right manager backing you, you will find many opportunities will find their way to you.

Cons

Pay to expectations ratio. High turnover with staff due to low pay and low labor budgets. Some things get swept under the rug by upper management and you will be ostracized. Lots of drama in district but that depends on where you are. Stress to hit stores sales goals and metrics. Awful work/life balance...your store will be your life.
