Easy work, average discount (not sure why everyone is raving, its only 30%)

Cons

Very low pay ($8.50 as MIT), no responsibility, menial work, hours drag on folding tshirts, a job not career.

Great company to start a retail management career

Easy to use computer systems, quality products, fun daily environment

Cons

Lower than expected pay.I was a manager in training (mit) and they started me at $12/hr. I was required to work at least 8 hours of overtime per week, but had to put in 50-60 hours to earn a decent check. I completed the program in about a year and was offered a store with a base of $34k (annual salary with no overtime). I turned it down and left shortly thereafter. We were open the same hours as the mall...10-9 M-F, 10-8 Sat, 12-5 Sun.
