New organization developing terrible work environment . Can't even manage store any more due to the non sense that has to be done. same stuff over and over. always short staffed. Company rewards con artist and liars, helping terrible people to continue to be bad

Constant pay reductions in the form of payroll cuts, unattainable bonus goals, and most recently; the elimination of sales commissions.

Decent pay, really can not think of any other pro

Cons

Hours, Work Holidays, Management worries more about Credit Card applications and getting emails than employment retention. We have been running short handed which causes more employees to leave, they keep restructuring our bonuses and our CEO coming from Toys R Us is rediculous. I see the doors closing soon.
