Pros? lol GOOD JOKE. Only good thing about working their is having a job

Cons

-I came from Sears...well sad to say but Sears is a way better company to work for!!! -Workers are truly not treated right & the pay is very unfair. Those techs work their asses off for nothing. - Managers always ask for favors but techs dont get paid for them. -Their flag hour pay is a slap to the face. - If they tell you youre going to be promoted it will take a year till you actually get that position. -ANY ENTRY LEVEL TECH THEY HIRE THEY SAY YOU WILL BE DOING MAINTENANCE!!! PREPARE TO PUT AWAY 300 TIRES A WEEK, SWEEP THE SHOP AND DRIVE CUSTOMERS AROUND.

Pros

The company offers financial incentives and monthly competitions to offer more money in your pocket. The techs are the hardest working people in the business and will try to back you up whenever possible if they respect you.

Cons

The computer system allows you to change the name of the person getting credit for each sale. You get swamped checking people in, or driving to other stores to pick up tires for management someone else sells all of the products and services that would make you extra money and changes the name on your ticket to take credit for the sale.

Pros

The company is all about taking care of the customer. The automotive repair business has a bad reputation, so this is something to be proud of. Their vision to be the most admired customer service companies is very appealing. For a store manager, the pay is awesome, but it will also depend on the volume your store does.

Cons

While they put customers first, the employees are not. Those on salary are worked long hours, and the stores are usually understaffed to maximize profits. This can hinder the stores abilities to keep customers happy, thus reducing profits. Things seem backwards in that sense.
