Supportive Training to better new techs Great places for new techs to grow. When the management is good, great training and good shop experience.
Cons
Do not value techs. From the terrible work hours to the lack of cleanliness, to their unsafe equipment they refuse to repair. I cant forget all the free labor they want you perform that should be handled by the hourly team members instead of them taking all the work when the days are slow. Oh yea and the complete lack of pay when it comes to senior techs having to teach the members how to do their job because management doesn't have time train people. I can't forget bad weather days they expect you to show up for work when its hazardous to be on the road but will be more than happy to wright you up for not showing up but its ok the office personal not to show up.
