Pros

Health benefits, tuition reimbursement, career opportunities within various departments. Seems more lateral moves than upward mobility opportunity.

Cons

Lower than average industry salary, culture seems to be constantly at the cusp of change, but doesn't quite get there. Business units silo-ed; TAX and Background Screening
