Pros

Work hours are flexible, but I think thats more because of the Team Leaders and Supervisors, not management.

Cons

Pay is abysmal, and yearly raises don't do much to change that. Very few holidays are given to those who work in "Operations Offices". Most departments seem to be woefully understaffed and we are not being force to work overtime. Jobs are being outsourced to India and management doesn't seem to honest when it comes to the future of our jobs.

Pros

Decent health insurance, okay salary

Cons

Everyone I talk to here is feeling completely stretched and overwhelmed and there is no end in sight. CEO is saying what he has to in town halls. Doesn't seem genuine and gives half answers to serious questions.
