      People that work there are genuine. Management is not always. Overall, good place to work.

      Company has brought in management from other places and changed the overall attitude. No longer feeling of family.

      It's air conditioned. There is parking. Gas money. Discounts on merchandise.

      Cons

      Bonuses for loan associates are gone. Sales commission,paid at the end of the following month,taxed as another check,from 2 %. Employees are now joining customers in pawn line. Split days off soon for all employees. Prices on jewlrey are stupid high,then discounts bring it to retail high. Upper management has no experience in pawn business. Uniforms now required,and looks like hotdog on a stick. Former employees are going to competitors.
