      loved what I did and those I worked with especially the customers. I got to learn a lot about different aspects of a pawn shop.

      Dealing with irate customers who weren't happy with all that you could do for them Employees calling in last minute and being short handed

      If you're at a small shop, be prepared to do nothing. Discounted items to buy. If you're at a big shop, better opportunity to move up.

      Cons

      Small pay for hard work. Advancement will take forever. You can never take this job seriously no matter how professional you want to be.

      The company has an excellent benefits package. There are also some unique perks including great deals on high demand items.

      Cons

      No accountability at director and above level. Very poor decision making at CEO and executive level that cost several people their livelihood and established relationships.
