      Benefits seems to be great.

      Cons

      There is no structured training. They have my trainer doing so many other things so I don't have a clue what I am doing. The computer data base is so old.... its impossible to learn quickly.

      Pros

      Great consumer education, fair paid time off, and different situations daily. You're forced to use your brain.

      Cons

      The pay is a joke, favoritism from management runs rampant, unrealistic expectations, ridiculous policies and procedures forced down your throat, and a complete lack of consistency in business model. Hours are awful as well.

      People I worked with were pleasant for the most part.

      Lots of things overlooked such as drug use in the work place, not enough hours for as many people they had working.
