Was exposed to several sub departments within the IT department. Was able to get insight and professional advice from managers/executives.

Cons

Internship was for an eight week period. Which in my opinion it could have been extended to ten weeks.

Reasonable hours, decent pay, great customer service culture, good training

Cons

They change so much on a daily basis, it is hard for folks in the field to keep up. There is no consistency in anything they do. My first 8 years with the company were great, they lived their core values. The last 2, terrible. They are having high turnover, cutting payroll hours in shops. Has become a culture of every man for himself with back stabbing and no loyalty.

It was cool being a pawnbroker. the aspect of the job really excited me thinking ill be doing what "pawn stars" does...but

Management...HORRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! simply put they have been with the company for a long time and were bound to get promoted..they knew nothing about how to manage or be a team. simply put while you work there you are in a communist type of career lol
