      Pros

      Set days off, life work balance, monthly bonuses and awesome customers.

      Cons

      In the past year and a half I had been working for Super Pawn - Cash America I have seen at least 10 managers get fired or quit. Management turnover is very high. There is no job security whatsoever. They trust no one. No matter how hard you work, how many hours you put in and how you improve the business, make one mistake and you are fired without a final warning. Yet loan and sales associates can get away with murder, walking all over management and the district managers do nothing about it.

      Very limited, you get paid every two weeks

      Cons

      Expect you to work 50 to 60 hours a week as salary based. Constantly increasing benefits and then cutting full time to 35 hours a week has caused strain at every level

      Pros

      Cash America really takes the time to teach you everything you need to know when taking in, or loaning on merchandise. The managers in Del City, OK store were FANTASTIC. They prefer to promote within the company. If everyone sells over the store goals at the end of your 90 day starting period, you can participate in the bonus programs, which is great!

      Cons

      Scheduling is not very flexible, and you are REQUIRED to work every Saturday. I was passed up for a promotion that I, without a doubt, was the most eligible for- because of being fairly young.
