Some of the Supervisors and associates that have worked there for many many years are racially biased and will throw you under the bus in an instant. I think they feel that their job is threatened by someone that has a drive to success or perhaps makes more money than them because of experience. They make your job much more difficult than it should be, they think you are doing something wrong or committing fraud if you speak a language other than English. There is definitely racism or bias against folks that are neither white nor black. I would not recommend working there if you are Asian, Hispanic, or other minority other than black. You should wait to apply until TD takes over this bank and makes some much needed changes.

Outdated operating systems Terrible Treasury Management system Forcing everyone to return to office when the majority of the positions except retail can be done hybrid or remote. Springing mandatory return to office on employees right before school gets out. People have not had time to make arrangements for childcare. Another merger and system change will happen with the TD merger.
