Help you move up, day to day people are friendly and welcoming. Can learn a lot if dedicated and able to ignore inane dribble and politicking.

Cons

Usually bank executive bs, goals climb 10% year to year despite overall bank or branch performance. Staffing could be more of a focus to let salespeople sell instead of stepping down to someone else’s service role. Corporate management could be more transparent. Have fun doing (optional) mandatory employee reviews to feed executive ego on top workplace.
