Pros

Um.. you get a free bank account (because they force you to have direct deposit into a FNB account), but I wouldn't recommend banking here, definitely wouldn't recommend working here either.

Cons

Depending on who you ask you will get a different answer. The help desk will tell you A, online reference material will tell you B, and management will come up with C. Clients experience the same problem when calling the 800 customer service number. Back office help is rude and when you point out work flow inconsistencies they welcome you to write a support article addressing the issue, forgetting that it is literally their job to prevent said issues. Grossly negligent lack of customer personal information protection, management retaliated when mentioned, hours reduced and sales opportunities limited.

Pros

Good match, 6%. Doesn’t seem like they really want people to move up that much.

Cons

Low pay and managers don’t stick to what they say.

Could be great, but keep on the wrong people.

Pros

The company truly seems to want to do good for it's employees between pay, benefits and extras, even though they unfortunately end up driving most people out.

Cons

They keep on the wrong people. The same management will be kept that countless employees will complain about and leave over yet they force out multiple people that actually try to make things better, due to statements and situations caused by the actual issue. Yet upper management doesn't realize how miserable they make the majority of tellers by keeping the problem and getting rid of people who upset the problem, by trying to make employees no longer regret coming to work daily.
