Pros

I was a floating teller where I would travel around to the branches and help out where needed, was great . Benefits Opportunity for advancement

Cons

Referrals , you get frowned upon if you cannot make your monthly amount , and they are starting to have tellers stay once or twice a week now to make calls after hours to reach their monthly referral amount.

Pros

Conservative strategic growth. Concentrate on areas of expertise. Innovative scoring modeling Reinvestment back into organization

Cons

Technological awareness is lacking. Efficiency in operations hurt by significant technology shortcommings (not because of funding or willingness but because Sr. Mgnt has not embraced this concept yet).
