Pros

* Lots of room to learn. * Innovative culture. * Treats employees well in various aspects. * One of those career jobs where you can stay at for long.

Cons

* Corporate wheel turns slowly. * Whatever mandate comes from the top has to be shoehorned in. * Big division between roles, not a huge amount of diversity. * Difficult to move into different areas. * Easy to plateau skills wise. * Ultimately a bank, not a tech company.

Good Company good environment good management customers are friendly and you really help the community through the work there

Cons

repetitive pay is low and turnover is high on the teller side of things. needs to keep going with more technology and more modern style of business
