* High pressure environment * Demanding work schedules * One is sometimes required to fulfil tasks that are out of the scope of their roles

Sometimes it can be very slow, no defined HR department and no formal training.

Too many restructures, egos the size of Jupiter

You can get enough training, if you ask for it. Flexible hours. Relaxed work environment.

Cons

Too many big egos. No recognition, need to be buddy-buddy with management to get anywhere. Lack of diversity in the executive level (c-suite). Too many incompetent people.
