Great positive attitude of colleagues. The innovations prize is a huge driver for new developments within the organisation.

Cons

Lots of red tape (Or Turquoise tape at FNB) to go through. Things aren't very clear for beginners as there is no real onboarding process. It takes a long time to get up to speed on the systems, jargon and procedures

Don't care if you need days off management only cares about their days. Long shifts with standing the whole time
