      Great people to work with across all departments. Exciting developments in the industry being driven by First Solar. Strong positive culture and very diverse across all groups. Good pay and schedule. I've had many opportunities to develop and advance here at First Solar.

      Cons

      Always changing processes can be challenging for some people. Must be flexible and adaptable to all different kinds situations or this job will not work for you.

      Great Leadership team at all levels, clear and realistic goals. The culture of this company is one of collaboration, shared vision and teamwork. Teambuilding events and activities have really grown our ability to work together more efficiently than other organizations I've been a part of .

Outstanding work/life balance and the culture that has developed here is the best benefit of working at First Solar! First Solar has provided me the opportunity for growth within the company through continued education and development.

      Being a leader in the PV industry, there is a strong demand to continue to grow and innovate... This allows you to be very creative and out of the box thinking, but the manufacturing process is very fluid and you must stay ahead of the changes that are always being made.
