Disorganized: would often take me off my lunch break to help a member Expected high sales goals to be met when only people who walked through the door were existing members who already had the products they desired, or new members who wanted to open fraudulent accounts

They really had me at the beginning

Pros

Things started off GREAT. They showed culture, value in the members and employees, communication was not transactional. The benefits packages are inclusive and cover quite a bit. The option to work from home 2 days a week was awesome.

Cons

Abrupt changes killed the energy entirely, management taking lower level employee ideas and making it their own without recognition was a knife in the back.
