Pros

Employee benefits are great but you can always count on issues happening with online.

Cons

Some of the most condescending leadership I’ve ever had. Members are leaving because they can’t stand. The bank mentality executives are making branches beg for Google reviews, which is beyond petty. Executive team make a point to make directors look bad and stupid.

Pros

Great benefits and the staff is great to work with. Always in the best interest of the member and the employee strength is amazing with a mix of tenured and less tenured staff. Always a learning environment and First Tech FCU provides some great learning resources and support. A company the is all inclusive and offers opportunities for those showing up and willing to display a strong work ethic.

Cons

The evolution of the technology and implementation is sometimes slower then we all need, but the effort is always there. Work life balance is what you make it.
