Coworkers are good if you're in the right place, opportunities to shadow other departments, work/life balance.
Cons
Sales are being pushed above all-else. Company sees lower employees as easily replaceable and treats them with little appreciation. Members are displeased with changes so public-facing employees get the wrath of that. If you're looking to work at a credit union because you don't want the bank culture, look elsewhere, that's what this place has become.
