Pros

CEO truly cares about employees and shows it by speaking with everyone one on one All levels of management are great in working with individuals to motivate them and build a plan around the career path they want Pay is above industry average with decent incentive Most major concerns about the organization have been addressed by C-Level Management who have proven wrinkles will be ironed out

Cons

The biggest con has been addressed and is in process of being remedied but that would be communication. So much info coming from several sources causes a bit of scatterbrain.

Pros

Open communication, looking out for the best interests of our members. Giving back and making the community stronger. Doing what's right. Reflective, asking for feedback from employees often and spending time to understand it and use it to make things better.

Cons

The pace can sometimes be too quick (projects, implementations, etc)

Interesting place to work. Co-workers are amazing, middle management is great, upper management couldnt care less abou.

Pros

I worked at FTFCU for 17 years, and for the most part, loved everything I ever did. I loved the staff I worked with, loved "working for the members". Great Staff, great middle tier managers that work very, very hard to do the right thing.

Cons

Senior mgmt's lip service. Honestly, they do not respect the employee, nor do they respect the Members. No work life balance at all, period.
