Pros

We are a company already focused for the future developing our people for success. Employees are treated with respect. Upper Management gets to know every employee and listens to new ideas. We continue to make strides to become the best in our communities. They pay each hourly employee up to 16 hours per year for community service work and also another 16 for personal development hours they choose for growth opportunity. They are my employer of choice. First institution to roll out on line banking and always making it better. THe company focus I am onboard with 110%

Cons

Have some work to do on our employee web page. Also; our call center ratings need to make improvement.

Love seeing the positive feedback! Our employee web page is constantly being updated and has undergone several updates since May. We are on track to roll out Hub 2.0 in 2016 to enhance the functionality and ease of use for our employees. I agree that allowing our employees to deliver exceptional experiences is very important to our growth. We are excited about our future growth potential but we promise to be thoughtful and ask for feedback along the way!

Good leads no cold calls. No residuals but a nice base plus commish and benefits.

Pros

CEO truly cares about employees and shows it by speaking with everyone one on one All levels of management are great in working with individuals to motivate them and build a plan around the career path they want Pay is above industry average with decent incentive Most major concerns about the organization have been addressed by C-Level Management who have proven wrinkles will be ironed out

Cons

The biggest con has been addressed and is in process of being remedied but that would be communication. So much info coming from several sources causes a bit of scatterbrain.
