Also, false information during the training period. If you are thinking about working at the Roseville call center, I would highly advise against it. They will sell you the good dream in training and make it seem like you're being hired at "the best time", that there is so much room for growth and opportunity, that you'll get a raise after your 1st 90 days, all lies. All complete BS. All they care about after your training is that you're on that phone taking calls. Even during this time of the COVID 19 pandemic, they require you in the office with no sanitizer, about 4 feet away from next person in the cubicle. They don't care about your well being. I've seen in multiple occasions managment make employees cry by prying into personal life and being extremely inappropriate. THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING A JOB WITH THIS COMPANY
