Becoming a bank, treats employees like they are worthless. Doesn’t live their values. Sales, sales, sales, that’s all they care about anymore.

Great company! Unfortunate management.

Pros

The executive leadership truly cares for its employees! My compensation package was competitive and fair. The company values community service and employee development.

Cons

Management in Indirect Lending lacks focus on employee well being. Unfortunately, work-life balance is not a primary concern. Specifically, the underwriting manager made it very difficult to use PTO, creating poor morale and discontent among the employees. The manager micromanaged habitually and spent far too much time on day to day activities that should have been left to her team.

Good c-suite leadership Honest hard-working directors Overall push for a family atmosphere

Cons

Poor technology executive leadership Micromanaging VPs covering check boxes with poor outcomes Poor pay and compromises And that family atmosphere, imagine sitting next to your crazy aunt that hasn't held a job in 20 years for Thanksgiving dinner giving you advice on your career. And, Thanksgiving dinner lasts 2 years.
