You’ll be bullied, harassed, surrounded by black market drugs, sexually inappropriate staff, illegal activities consistently going on, don’t care about days off or requests, seating charts are ALWAYS a literal fight, seniority is always a fight, the employees were sent home sobbing, an employees car was stolen on the job, watched an employee shoot up heroine before work, a cook pooped in the trash can. Also, they will keep employees working until 5-6pm when the restaurant is completely closed at 2:30pm and physically make them clock out to continue working for hours.
