Pros

Hours worked and days off were consistent.

Cons

The help files for some properties would sometimes be a lot more complicated than just asking your Team Lead as they’re more knowledgeable and can give you that quick answer needed. Also, the pay could’ve been much better for what you’re having these CSRs do. 13-14/HR just doesn’t cut-it in todays world.

Pros

This company has the most amazing benefits. PTO is 2 paid weeks a year (80 hours total) in 12 months time frame, medical dental and vision are all given once you hit 90 days as well as the option for life insurance, short & long term disability, 401k with 6% match (I am not 100% sure on the percentage), legal assistance provided at no cost to employee, employee assistance program to help when a disaster happens or you are displaced from your home due to a tragedy such as fire, flood, or hurricane, they will provide monetary funds, hotel, transportation, and most of all the people that work in management are simply amazing. I cannot ask for a better manager to work for. Also I work from home. That is the best part I suppose.

I cannot think of anything to say for this box.
