Great on line training, Great pay, and managers.

Cons

No support or help with issues, your on your own and that's the truth. PTO not so Great. Health benefits aren't either.

Pros

Impeccably maintained offices, good company culture. Plenty of benefits.

Cons

Annual salary is very low for On-Site Assistant Property Managers. Then they give you a whole 2% (whoopie!) raise at the end of the year. The firm is great at acquiring buildings to manage, but due to the lackadaisical involvement and poor communication between SOME portfolio managers and the Boards of the condos and coops they manage, they are also good at losing the accounts to other PM firms.
