Pros

Firstmark has been a great place for me to start my career as an analyst coming out of school. I have been given a lot of help since day one and have had many opportunities to seek out professional developments. I was brand new to both IT and financial services when I started here. So many of my team mates here at Firstmark on both the IT side and the "business" side have been willing to teach me. Truly a collaborative environment. Overall, I've had a great experience since starting here at Firstmark.

Cons

We attend a lot of meetings here at Firstmark. Some days it is difficult to perform my actual job duties because of all the meetings we have.
