Delusional Mentality

Pros

Zero thoughts come to mind.

Cons

I have never worked somewhere I have seen such a dysfunctional group of leaders. The CU is experiencing no growth and the CEO clearly lacks any kind of experience engendering loyalty. HR is a joke when it comes to resolving issues.

Pros

-Some great coworkers -NO OTHER PROS

Cons

-Benefits are terrible -Directors are not true leaders and will micromanage teams while not providing guidance, structure, expectation or developmental opportunities -Poor strategic vision (misaligned with what executives speak of) -Directors will say they want employees to maintain work-life balance but if you have personal matters to attend to, some directors have no compassion -Incompetent director (more focused on feeding people but doesn’t actually know how to do her job effectively)
