On the right track

Pros

There is a genuine sense (from most upper management) of focusing on the employees and definitely a focus on servicing members.

Cons

Some of the management is very close-minded and stuck in the "mom and pop" ways of doing business. Some of the managers are out of touch with reality and some politics exist. This doesn't discount some of the stars on the management team who really strive to take the company in the direction they want.
