Pros

Five-star is an all-around excellent place to work. Management treats you like a human being, the staff are great, and you’re paid what you’re worth.

Cons

I’m sure there’s got to be at least one, but I haven’t experienced any in all the time I’ve been working here.

The culture at Five Star is very close knit. Our cohesiveness is second to none. Another great aspect about working at Five-Star is that management is accessible and easy to reach. I give Five-Star five stars!

Cons

Hours can be inconsistent depending on the season you’re working. This can have a negative impact on the work life balance.
