Good old boys club runs the show

Cons

Too much of a good old boys club going on there. They look out for themselves and not their own team. My leadership team was the worse group at providing no mentorship what so ever.

It is a job that pays.

Morale and culture is at an all-time low, and multiple people currently working wish they were laid off. Execs are trying to execute more with less talent and headcount. The company is huge on nepotism and a lot of senior leaders have personal ties to c-suite so don't expect a meritocracy. Process and products are completely broken. Company leadership is absolutely directionless and the product is so behind the times. They changed how the client retention teams operate and have changed even account assignments multiple times in the last year. Again because they lack any direction and accountability. Middle management are just cogs and don't have their ICs backs since they don't want to rock the boat and put their own jobs in jeopardy. If you're in any sales-related role, the day-to-day is hell. There's too many things to "sell" and not enough knowledge or time to do things well here.
