Pros

good sales commission, every month cash sales prizes ($$$), fresh coffee beans, no overtime work (!!), good office location for commute, no cold calling, we receive warm sales leads, loved the Xmas party this year.... I could go on. Negative comments on here about this place are bs fakes, ignore. In my previous job I worked 60 hour weeks with 30% less pay! I make easy money at Flashbay and get to live a life!

Cons

if you cant handle a little bit of pressure on your sales work, dont bother joining.

-You can get a good salary if you work hard, there are uncapped commissions -Colleagues and management are nice, good environment in general -Office is nice

Cons

-Lack of opportunities to get promoted as the structure is quite flat -The daily routines may be monotonous for some people

Good co-workers and atmosphere, great work life balance, good coffee machine

Cons

Immediate managers act like children, bonus structure is convoluted and often favors the senior sales reps. Upper management has limited-to-no interaction with the US team making all decisions appear wild and punishing to those who follow the rules already. Steer clear of managers when they are upset, it will get you on a list. The office reeks of favoritism.
