Pros

I've been working at Flashbay for almost a month now, and I can confidently say that the management team and your colleagues are actively trying to help you succeed. My experience has been overly positive. Great work environment, great people, strong benefits, competitive salary package. If you enjoy sales in general and challenging yourself, you might just feel at home.

Cons

I wish we would have had pizza this Wednesday as free lunch instead of the free chocolate croissants we had as free breakfast ;).

Pros

Flashbay goes beyond in all they do. In the beginning of a new job I know how it is to feel lost in all paperwork and things to do/achieve. Flashbay has taken all my worries away from the very first day. I just passed the 4 weeks training program which was a nice opportunity to develop my Sales skills further. I can assure you that every single person is trying to get the best out of yourself in order to ensure amazing output which eventually will benefit you in extra commission! Don't forget the free Wednesday lunches and the free gym/yoga classes and massages!

Cons

The only remotely bad thing I can say is that because of our abroad offices all around the world, I am not able to meet all of the amazing employees that Flashbay has. Luckily we compete with each other every day on our Global Sales Leader board!
