I have had many ups and downs in my career and I can honestly say Fleet Response is definitely an up. The owner has great vision and listens to his employees. The executive leadership works in unison towards the vision and there are never surprises. You know exactly what the expectations are and are able to meet or exceed them. No matter who you speak to on the executive leadership level. You have a voice and you are heard. The company works hard to grow but it is never at the expense of it's employees, they actually care about them. There are those stressful days but you actually feel like you are contributing to the greater good of the company. I have never worked with such passionate and truly engaged group of people. A passionate and engaged employee is always a huge asset to a company. They will do their best work which in turn shows to the customer. Fleet Response understands this and builds on it.
