Cons

Legacy application data can be challenging to understand, but there are great resources available to help with this and those applications will soon be replaced.

This is a family owned business and my team truly feels like a work family. We have a strong culture and team of coworkers. The company is growing fast - with that growth we have seen many career opportunities open up and promotions from within. Our CEO cares about our people. We had zero layoffs during Covid even though the entire industry was negatively affected. If you work hard you get rewarded. Flexible work schedules and work from schedules are available.

Cons

It’s busy and we are growing - this isn’t a job for someone who doesn’t want to work. We have different procedures for different clients so you need to be able to follow directions.
