The CEO does not care about his employees, people are leaving in the masses and he has yet to make any changes. Management does whatever they want, regardless of feedback from employees. Pay is atrocious. They get potential employees to take a pay but with a "Promise"to make up that amount within a year, but then only provide measly raises. Supervisors cause anxiety with their complete lack of awareness and knowledge of how to motivate and support their employees. I went through a harrowing ordeal and barely received any acknowledgment that it happened and it was thrown under the rug by other managers. Beware of applying at this company, despite their promises of having a "family atmosphere" and "treating people fairly and with respect," they will treat you like garbage as soon as you do something that goes against the grain.

In 30 plus years of business they have NEVER had a person of color in any leadership position, let that sink in. This is sad and the lack of diversity is felt companywide. A little company growing faster than they can handle. The workload doubles as the pay stays the same. The service is getting worse by the minute. No opportunities for advancement unless you are in the in crowd. No diversity in management and little in the company. Lots of favoritism. Family best friends, and husbands and wives working together and managing each other. The culture is racially charged and tense and full of favoritism.
