No micromanaging The co workers are awesome Management is also awesome (genuinely). Smaller company size Can win more PTO random times through the year, or it’s just gifted out sometimes because they just are genuinely nice and care. They’re very transparent on how the company is doing. They’re very positive about everything and realistic. Not in a toxic positivity way either. Goals are not unrealistic and they don’t want you to be stressed and unhappy, they truly do care I could keep going, but this seems to be enough
