      Great company and people to work for in Group Technology

      Pros

      Fantastic senior leadership, made the hard decisions and got rid of alot of toxic people. Would suggest the people in IT who have rated working here poorly, were part of the problem opposed to solution. It is a genuine employer of choice, with leadership who trusts and empowers you. Employee engagement within Group Technology is at an all time high. The people there are fantastic.

      Limited career opportunities outside New Zealand (or at least not communicated and displayed well).
