      Great team, but behind the curve

      Pros

      I was lucky to be in a great small team working on innovative digital projects. I learnt a lot from my team mates and thoroughly enjoyed solving problems for the different businesses within FB with them.

      Cons

      The overall structure and leadership of the company does not allow for much innovation or specifically doesn't seem to allocate enough funds for long term strategic initiatives but focuses more on the short term ROI.
