      Pros

      Input into your career and growth to take you where you want to go is impressive. The company invests heavily in L&D. You get to work with quite fantastic people every day and you get the challenge to grow and push yourself. It's a big company and the opportunities are big. You see people move to new roles and ones outside the traditional fits. The Vision & Values are great and really fit with me personally. I like being able to balance my life outside work and that getting the work done is more important than where you do that.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a cruise'y 9-5 job this isn't for you. There are a lot of challenges and lots to do, but you can see the impact of your work.
