      Pros

      Great company, good intelligent professional people, good processes, great place to learn from true professionals in their trades. Great exposure to different trades and skills, awesome work environments. Treats all levels of employment down to subbys and managers with the same level of respect if respect is given and professionalism maintained.

      Cons

      Bad publicity lately due to one division performing uncharacteristically poorly but all other divisions are successful and efficient in their trades

      Pros

      Excellent vision for the group as a whole and a huge opportunity to leverage the wider business to realise success. Incredible career opportunities and if you apply yourself the sky is the limit, but its certainly not a company you could cruise along taking it easy. Good benefits and competitive salaries.

      Cons

      Its a sink or swim environment, don't expect to have your hand held. As its such a large machine it's often hard to make your voice heard.

      Pros

      Great aspirations around business transformation. Many really great people working all through the organisation and committed to what they do. Fair REM and flexible working policies.

      Cons

      Hard aspects to the transformation including knowledge how much should go to the corporate centre versus leaving accountability in the business. Great aspects to the old culture and family values but also lack of performance focus that leaders are trying to shift.
