The new leadership team has real commitment, our new GM is a good man who has brought a clear vision, drive, open inclusive environment, employee and customer focus and positive change is happening.

Cons

At Fletcher building we have clear silos. People are good in both sides of the fence, though the fence needs to be removed to get more things done, the good intent is there, alignment and one team mentality will help

- lots of work to do if you like a busy and challenging environment - good people - the diversity and scale of the portfolio is massive - lots of opportunities to improve

Cons

- not as agile as a small business, very complex - the old mentality needs to go, embrace and drive change - will be good to see more recognition of staff that are working hard - politics
