Pros

There is none I can think of, my whole experience was dehumanizing.

Cons

Very rude and unethical HR. They know you can’t do much especially if you don’t have any ranking, so they’ll speak to you poorly here because they know you can’t fight back. The HR department is dehumanizing. Prior to working here I’ve read reviews via Glassdoor, Indeed, and google, every negative review was true! They have their own favorites that they keep even if they do not do a good job. You could be doing your best here but if the management don’t like you you’re not gonna get anywhere. You slight them in anyway you are terminated without even enough time for you to know. They’ll just fire you on a single phone call. Too much dramas, indirect management bullies, hypocrisy, pettiness, cronyism, rude managers, rude patients that you’re the one who will get the blame (working in FlexStaff, they couldn’t care less about you, one thing their protecting is the name of the company that’s it). I got verbally harassed here by a male patient. And no one ever spoke to me about it as if I have no human rights. The trauma I had I could not explain. The management wants your A game but they won’t give it back to you unless you’re one of their pets (favorites). Patient care is a priority but employees must have human rights too, atleast.

Pros

FlexStaff hired us with the promise of finding regular assignments which we will like but will give us the heaviest volume of work than the rest of the permanent team members while we receive the lowest wages only for them to let us go when they were done with us. What fools we are. Beware of this scam. The wages are too low. Try to apply directly to the companies than through FlexStaff.

Cons

No benefits. No Paid Holidays. No PTO. No Health Insurance. Nothing . Can’t even use NYC sick days granted by the city.

Cons

Low wages paid to Recruiters who work 45 - 50 hours a week sometimes to meet 5+ hires per week requirement.
