Thrown in the deep end often and by often I mean all the time. Slow replies from certain people '___' Err, some managers are very bad at communicating and don't really know what's going on Understaffed! Documentation! Documentation! Documentation! Documentation! and again Documentation!

- Pizza Fridays - Nice people within groups

Cons

- No raises. If you do want a raise, you have to seek out the CEO and ask him. Makes the situation extremely uncomfortable, but from what I've heard from other people, upper mgmt enjoys this process.

Nice offices, games room, some friendly staff

Cons

High pressure environment where you will be penalised for slight mistakes even if no prior training has been given. I had the misfortune to hear several racial slurs from the younger employees pertaining to Afro-Caribbeans and Arabs which was deeply disconcerting.
