Pros

London office is full of commited passionate people. Culture is really laid back, and staff are usually trusted to do their jobs, without micro management. Really good learning environment for new hires and grads.

Cons

The different regional offices all operate differently, using different tools, management structures and ways of working. Company globalization efforts are focused on business things (eg billing/expenses) rather than coordination of the employees.

Driven people in a relaxed environment, free breakfast and friday lunch, faith in employees, lots of effort to keep the workplace enjoyable, 10% time for personal projects

Cons

Difficult to get real feedback from end users, inter-office communication isn't great.
